Unopened product may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization. 330.665.1003 or cathyc@acorncbdstore.com. If your product was purchased at a health food store or other website it must be returned to them under their return guidelines.
Shipping
Free shipping will apply for orders of $50.00 and more, on all products.
It is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping addresses are entered. We will not be responsible for incorrect entries. If the products are returned to us due to incorrect address, when it is received we will credit your account less shipping charges and you will need to re-order with the correct address.
Credit
Credit for returns will be issued immediately via check, upon receipt of the returned products in good re-saleable condition, less any shipping costs.
